Walkers has advised the Dublin-based Allied Risk Group and its shareholders on the sale of Allied Risk Management to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Allied Risk provides insurance and re-insurance management services as well as actuarial services to clients globally. Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm providing services in approximately 130 countries around the world.
Walkers' multi-disciplinary team was led by Eoin Ryan from our Corporate group, and was supported by Cal Kane and Michael O'Malley (Corporate), Aisling Burke (Tax) and Robert Upton (Real Estate).
