He holds a Law degree from the University of Seville and a Master's degree in Tax Consulting from the Instituto de Empresa.

Lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions and internationalization of large companies for 25 years.

In 1997 he joined Ernst & Young, holding various management positions until being appointed CEO of the firm in 2017. In 2019 he was appointed executive chairman of EY Spain, a position he currently holds.

Since mid-2021, while also serving as Chairman of EY Spain, Fede has been the managing partner for Talent and Partner Matters at EY Europe. He is also Chairman of DigitalES (the employers' association for the telecommunications and digital industries) and Chairman of the Social Council of the University of Cádiz (UCA).

Born in Cádiz, married and with three children. Fede maintains a close relationship with his hometown, promoting various cultural, educational and social projects, and has received several awards for this work.

In November 2019, he received the  La Voz de Cádiz award , which recognizes excellence and talent from Cádiz. In February 2021, he received the Flag of Andalusia, awarded by the Regional Government of Andalusia in special recognition of his career in defending and promoting the general interest of Cádiz. In 2023, he received the Andalusian Business Talent award, presented to him by Juanma Moreno, President of the Regional Government of Andalusia. In 2024, he was recognized as Best Executive Ambassador of Southern Spain by the Confederation of Southern Business Owners.

Fede carries out extensive social work linked to various projects in culture, education, entrepreneurship and social inclusion.

In the field of Education, in addition to his position on the Social Council of the University of Cádiz in 2020, he is a trustee of the CyD Foundation (which supports the university) and of the Margarita Salas Foundation.

Within the cultural sphere, Federico is a patron of the Teatro Real and the Friends of the Teatro Real Foundation, as well as the Albéniz Foundation (Queen Sofía School of Music) and the Paco de Lucía Foundation.

In the area of ​​entrepreneurship, his work as a patron of the Princess of Girona Foundation, the Endeavor Foundation, and the Cotec Foundation stands out.

Finally, in the field of social inclusion, he is vice president of the Alalá Foundation (inclusion of gypsy children through Flamenco) and a trustee of the TuTechô Foundation (against homelessness).
