Raymond Chang has more than 20 years of experience in tax services and is currently the leader of domestic tax consulting, tax dispute resolution and administrative relief.

He mainly provides merger and acquisition consulting and tax due diligence, transaction process and structure tax consulting, tax incentives, reduction of withholding tax application, transfer pricing and special case review, advance pricing  agreement, family tax planning and tax bureau investigation response. Recently, He has  focused on CFC issues, IPO company investment structure restructuring tax planning. He also provides M&A consulting services to well-known venture capital and participate in IP transfer and fundraising tax guidance for academic research institutions and start-up companies.
