With over 15 years of experience in multi-jurisdictional transfer pricing (“TP”), both in an international law-firm and big 4 environment. Leading technical planning, design, controversy, litigation, exit analyses, TP technology initiatives and compliance projects with high profile clients.

He practices with an economic/technical approach to transfer pricing, offering our clients strategic advice and considerations focusing on long term sustainability and with increasing use of automation and technology offerings.

Omar's current practice focuses on value-add propositions including transfer pricing policy design, reorganizations and restructurings, FT TP (deals, documentation, treasury policies and automation), Litigation support, Valuations as well as TP compliance for clients operating the Financial Service Industry as well as many others.
