Joose leads the Business Tax team within Deloitte’s Tax & Legal practice in Finland. With 10 years of experience in complex corporate income tax advisory, M&A tax, and compliance projects, he specialises in international and domestic acquisition structuring, tax optimisation of legal and financial structures, as well as tax litigation. Joose focuses on clients in the real estate and infrastructure sectors and regularly advises clients within the financial services industry. His extensive experience and deep understanding of tax regulations enable him to find practical solutions to challenging tax issues.
