Andrew Hsu

Andrew C.  Hsu is serving in the international tax, M&A, and transfer pricing team in Taiwan.  He has broad experiences in international tax arrangement for inbound and outbound investments, as well as cross-border merger and acquisitions that involve the restructuring of clients’ offshore investments, and transfer pricing advisory for operation flows. 

He also participated in several TP special audits by tax authorities and Advanced Pricing Agreement (“APA”) application for several multinational enterprises.

Andrew C.  Hsu also served as  Chinese Services Group (“CSG”) leader to provide advisory for the Taiwanese clients’ outbound investment toward Europe, United States, Southeast East Asia market.
