Silvin Leibengut

Silvin is a Principal in the Indirect Tax department at ATOZ.

A tax professional since 2012, Silvin provides advice on Indirect Tax matters to a wide range of Luxembourg and international clients, focusing on alternative investment, private equity and real estate sectors.

His core activities consist of advising stakeholders in the frame of a broad panel of transactions, the set-up of financing and investment structures as well as their day-to-day activities.

Silvin holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Tax Law from the University of Rennes I (France), a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France) and a certification in Luxembourg Tax.

He speaks French and English.
