Camilleri Preziosi's tax expertise goes from advising clients on direct and indirect tax concerns to representing clients before fiscal courts and tribunals. The majority of overseas transactions they handle involve the use of Maltese vehicles in the context of bigger transactions, such as M&As or group restructuring activities. The Corporate & Tax team is led by Donald Vella, a partner at Camilleri Preziosi. Kirsten Debono Huskinson, who was promoted to partner on January 1, 2022, is actively involved in all of the firm's tax matters.

During the research period, the firm aided a prominent group in establishing a corporate structure that would allow them to operate a luxury cruise yacht business.
