They evaluated hundreds of actions at multiple levels of court, and were able to successfully set legal precedent and also achieve maximal results for their client. Martinelli Advogados also took on an indirect tax case for a major energy client. Their work involved recovery of tax credits, and they were able to set legal precedent in this matter as well.
