Overview

GNV Consulting Services is an independent member firm of Moore Global Network Limited, recognized for its expertise in tax litigation, indirect tax, and transfer pricing. Partner Ahdianto leads the firm's tax practice. The firm has a dedicated transfer pricing division comprised of professionals who focus solely on transfer pricing engagements. Felic Setiawan is the key partner for the firm's transfer pricing service line. 

In a recent case study, the team successfully represented a client in a tax controversy matter by acting as the Tax Court Attorney before the Tax Court. During the research period, the firm has also assisted various high-profile clients with tax appeal matters.

Tax partner Ahdianto leads tax practice at GNV Consulting. The team specialises in tax litigation matters including indirect tax and transfer pricing. It focuses on taxation regulations and combines with relevant regulations from other institutions or ministries, or other laws, to strengthen its case.  

The team led by I Dewa Made Agung Nugraha and Julius Wahyu Daryono recently represented a multi-level marketing client in the tax court appeal and lawsuit stage for an indirect tax controversy case.
