Arthur Cox is a renowned advisor on innovative Irish transactions, structured finance, and real estate portfolio disposals. The firm advised Flutter Entertainment plc on its acquisition of a 56% initial stake in NSX Group and assisted Flutter Entertainment on acquiring Snaitech in a $350 million transaction. The firm advised the Mallinckrodt Group pursuant to a $6 billion global corporate and financial restructuring project. It also acted for Linde on its intercompany reorganisation, culminating in the delisting of Linde shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Partner Caroline Devlin retired from the practice in July 2023. Tax director Mary Dineen arrived in June 2023.
