WTS R&A Studio Tributario

WTS R&A Studio Tributario is a specialist in tax consulting for Italian and foreign midsized multinationals. Its practice is focused on cross-border operations, transfer pricing, supply chain advisory, corporate reorganisations and tax treaties. Partner Giovanni Rolle is a key individual at the firm, which operates out of three offices in Milan, Torino, and Verona.

The team recently provided a prominent Italian manufacturer of high-tech sustainable and participated in the analysis of international tax returns and financial reports, rewriting to Italian standards, and computation of current and deferred taxes as well as effective tax rates for an Italian cement manufacturing group.
