assignments. In addition, it is also capable of resolving disputes with tax authorities. Akshay
Kenkre and Suraj Agrawal are the key practitioners in the team.
One case study showed that the team led by Kenkre acted as a strategic advisor for a client group from the technology sector. The work involved structuring and restructuring global business operations in India and other
jurisdictions such as the US and Africa. It also set up standard operating procedures for the tax and finance teams of the client group.
The team recently welcomed two new partners Aashna Mulgaonkar and Abir
Mulgaonkar. Before joining the team,
both worked in the UAE.
