The team was recently hired by Territoria for structuring a tax-efficient alternative to sell a real estate development project to Santander Bank, aimed to be the banks new headquarters in Chile. The structure proposed was successfully approved.
David Fischer departed the firm during the research period to pursue a solo practice. The firm welcomed three new seniors: Paula Espinosa, Francisco Larios and Marco Apablaza.
