During the research cycle, the firm assisted
Centrais Elétricas do Norte do Brasil in a lawsuit aimed at
the reimbursement of the Social Security Contributions on the Gross Revenue (PIS and COFINS). Partners got the decisions revoking the injunction days before the deadline to exclude/exempt the PIS/COFINS of the month.
