The tax group at Tavarone Rovelli Salim & Miani specializes in general corporate tax, transactional tax and tax controversy, on both domestic and international levels. The firm’s clients operate in the financial services and renewable energy sectors. Partner Gastón Miani leads the tax team, which also includes three senior associates. 

During the research period, the team acted as a tax advisor to United Kingdom energy group SCC Power in the acquisition of Argentine electricity generation assets from Canadian power plant company Stoneway Capital Corporation, consisting of four power generation facilities, with an aggregate installed capacity of 737 MW.
