Newfoundland, Quebec, the Maritimes,
Toronto and Dallas.
Stikeman was also involved in a complex multi-jurisdictional transaction for Chilean mining company Mantos copper. The group revised the deal structure
addressing Chilean
tax issues that were previously prohibiting the transaction.
In 2022, the firm was active in recruitment, bringing on new partner John Lennard.
