The team provides assistance in the following matters: Direct Tax Consulting developing studies and opinions on tax issues and tax collection structuring; Tax Planning with analysis of the client's operation and proposal of tax structures; International Taxation with evaluations of different international tax structures to support efficient business development; Tax Litigation representing national and foreign clients in judicial demands in all courts; Administrative Tax Litigation sponsoring clients' cases before the Administrative Tax Appeals Defense Council (CARF).
During the research cycle, the team was involved in the merger transaction between Hapvida and Intermédica that created one of the largest healthcare groups in the world. The work included all tax impacts of the structure and Due Diligence. Also, the firm acted in the incorporation of Hemmer by Kraft Heinz.
