During the research period, the firm represented Arauco Industria de Paineis
by filing an appeal to the Administrative Court of Tax Appeals - TARF/RS, reiterating the detailed and complex demonstration of the relevance of each disallowed item, as well as the procedural nullities. It was possible to partially reverse the unfavourable outcome given to the case, in the sense that the TARF determined the conversion of the deed into diligence for a new conference of the disallowed items. This decision was published in August 2020, pending the return of the due diligence.
