RPBA is a tax boutique in Portugal that provides both national and international tax services. The firm focuses on both international or domestic law, with a special focus on income and real estate taxes, as well as litigation. Managing partner is Ricardo da Palma Borges assisted by fellow partners Ana Rita Pereira and Ana Isabel Correia.
The firm represented several plaintiffs against the European Commission on alleged state aid misallocation in the Maderia region. It also assesses tax liability implications for a multinational re-domiciliation.
