During the research period, the company supported Romgos Group, one of the major firms that realises pipeline projects that are strategically vital for Poland (including the Baltic pipe), on complicated tax issues related to transfer pricing agreements between the group's companies. Furthermore, the team advised GetResponse Group, the world's largest online marketing software for businesses and a 2022 Forbes Diamond, on the tax implications of introducing the Employee Stock Option Plan based on subscription warrants for GetResponse's key staff.
