During the research period, the team participated in various cross-border transactions: Bolivia’s largest mining company, Minera San Cristobal, the takeover of DERCO by Inchape, and the domestic merger of Arysta and UPL.  From a litigation perspective, the firm played an influential role in the defence of tax proceedings.
