It is active in the pharmaceutical, technology, oil and gas, telecommunications, retail, engineering, energy, mining, and industrial sectors.
During the research period. The team advised the 129 billion reais (US$21 billion) merger of local health insurance companies Hapvida and Notre Dame, marking the country’s largest corporate tie-up in more than a decade.
