The global law firm’s tax practice specialises in cross-border transactional tax work and dispute resolution. The firm has experience advising on tax implications for M&A, restructuring, legal reorganisation, and operational work. The firm has an extensive network with more than 100 tax lawyers globally. The tax practice is led by six tax partners.  

In July 2022, the tax practice advised investment firm CVC Capital Partners on the transactional tax issues in connection to the investment commitment agreement with France’s Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP, the governing body). The deal was valued at €1.5 billion for the acquisition of 13.04% of the LFP’s subsidiary commercial business.
