Mauler Advogados in based on the states of São Paulo and Brasília and provides monitoring in consulting, administrative and judicial litigation, and tax litigation, working throughout the fields, including in the Superior Courts. Lawyers work pro bono for various entities and non-governmental organizations with special attention to legal issues regarding excessive collection of taxes.
During the research period, the firm defended its client in an action regarding the unconstitutionality of tax matters. The possible favorable trial result will benefit the entire sector.
