The tax team at LifeCapital consists of 12 professionals, including four senior associates and eight associates. Specialist practice areas of the firm include general tax advisory, corporate accounting advisory and tax due diligence.

The team handled the merger and subsequent demerger of a corporation called Pro-Gest during the research period. The team also represented Quintano in a dispute started by the Italian tax authorities.

Nicole Albano, an associate from Andrea Briganti, joined the firm during the research period.
