During the research period,
Lefosse advised ArcelorMittal on the acquisition of all the shares of Companhia Siderúrgica do Pecém (“CSP”) from the Brazilian company Vale, and two South Korean companies Dongkuk and Posco. This was one of the largest and most complex M&As transactions of the year.
