The French centenarian law firm has a wealth of knowledge advising multinational companies, family offices, investment funds and private banking establishment, across a range of tax matters (contentious and non-contentious) whether its corporate tax or asset taxation. Tax partner Jacques-Henry de Bourmont leads the tax practice.  

In July 2022, the tax team advised Apollo Global Management on its €500 million investment in Air France subsidiary KLM.
