J+Legal is a new legal boutique firm based in Lisbon, founded in 2020 by Jaime Carvalho Esteves. The core specialism is transactional M&A with transfer pricing and compliance provision. Various sectors are represented from retail, venture capital and to hospitality. Corporate lawyers Jose Diogo Horta Osorio and Jorge Brito Pereira are key contacts.

The firm facilitated the sale of Genibet to Recipharm with indemnities included in a Special Purpose Vehicle. It also acted for the Azinor Group in tax litigation.
