Among many clients and matters serviced this research period, Grupo GNP worked to advise a client in updating its accumulated tax loss due to inflation.
The importance of the work done is linked to the possibility of uniformly applying the tax inflation adjustment to all matters related to income tax, by preventing the inflation that exists in Argentina from devaluing the tax losses.
