During the research period, the firm represented Webfones Comércio de Artigos de Telefonia. The case consists in the recognition of the right not to include, in the calculation of the Cofins and Contribution to PIS bases, the amounts corresponding to these own contributions, as well as to offset the PIS and Cofins credits ascertained in the last five years due to the cleavage of the aforementioned contributions from their own calculation base, duly updated by SELIC - art. 39 of Law no. 9,250/1995, with the credits of any federal taxes, in the form of the law.
