During the research period, the firm represented various clients such as KPMG Brazil Group in the
judicial defence of multiple cases related to the same matter but also coordinating the presentation of the court financial guarantees for the tax liabilities and obtaining the tax clearance certificates. Additionally, FCAM represented
ISA CTEEP to defend the company´s right of deducting in the Corporate Income Tax basis calculation the amount of the Interest on Net Equity paid to its shareholders related to positive results from previous years.
