Putting into practice the customs policies and laws defined by the countries involved, we act in various spheres, from defense in relation to seized cargo to the prevention and audit of customs fines. The location in Campinas is strategic in such sense, as closely to the main airports of São Paulo State (Viracopos and Guarulhos), and close to Santos where the largest Latin America port is located.
During the research period, the firm was involved in various customs cases including providing advisory to
Nuno Fracht Integrador Logístico on management of a Global Trade Compliance Program for Customs activities according to the legislation in Brazil, including checking procedures, evidence, managing risks, and comply with legal requirements.
