It is one of Poland's largest, with over 192 tax experts spread across nine offices, allowing it to provide a full spectrum of tax and legal services, including difficult cases. The team has extensive expertise assisting MNEs, family businesses, individual customers, HNWIs, and public institutions. Krzysztof Gil, a partner and indirect tax specialist, is an important individual within the firm.
Throughout the research period, the team provided Advisory services in connection with the development of Poland's first or one of the first true worldwide Family Offices with such large assets. Furthermore, the team represented a taxpayer in negotiations with tax authorities and an administrative court, identifying the potential for the Client to receive additional funds, and preparing and justifying a unique stance.
