Deloitte Malta's long-established tax practise assists international corporations with cross-border operations in Malta, as well as other large national client groups operating in the Maltese economy, as well as national authorities and regulators. With ten tax partners and approximately 107 tax specialists, it is one of Malta's largest tax practises. Conrad Cassar Torregiani, Director, is a key member of the team.

During the research period, the firm aided a prominent group in establishing a corporate structure that would allow them to operate a luxury cruise yacht business. The team was also involved in the formulation of a financial institution's jurisdiction exit and capital repatriation strategy, providing tax advice services from a Malta perspective.
