Deccache Advogados

The tax team at Deccache Advogados represents its clients in administrative and judicial proceedings seeking the recovery of tax credits or the annulment of federal, state, or municipal taxes, in the most varied Courts in Brazil, including in the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals, Court of Taxes and Fees of the State of São Paulo and Superior Courts.

During the research period, the team represented Tetra Technologies do Brasil in a lawsuit to cancel tax notices. It developed a multidisciplinary legal and technical study that shows that only approximately 10% of the value fined remains in the tax notice.
