DLA Piper's Tax practice in Poland advises Polish and international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as other practice areas such as restructuring, due diligence, compliance, M&A, financing, and real estate. The nine-person team is headed by partner Bartosz Matusik, partner Łukasz Dynysiuk, and supported by senior associate Sławomir Mikołajuk.
During the research period, the firm facilitated AXA SA with buyer's insurance of W&I in the context of a merger and acquisition transaction. In addition, the team advised PFR Ventures on its investment in two private equity firms, Northzone Growth L.P. of Jersey and Beechbrook of the United Kingdom.
