The tax practice covers both litigation and advisory complex and strategic matters, including advisory services for litigation prevention, tax assets and liabilities analysis, review of procedures, tax planning and due diligences.
During the research period the team represented and defended its client,
Bradesco Leasing, in a lawsuit regarding a municipal tax (ISS), in which the Municipality of Goiânia/GO requires the payment of the tax for leasing transactions.
The team welcomed Letícia Gibson as an associate in the tax department. Previously, she worked with the firm’s litigation department.
