Clifford Chance's tax presence in Luxembourg is focused on fund formation, real estate investment and transactions, as well as litigation. The firm works with its tax advisers in various global offices in the areas of international taxation and cross-border transactions. The practice advised Credit Suisse on a comprehensive compliance project pursuant to the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation. It also acted for Allianz Real Estate on the establishment of its new joint venture with real estate company Heimstaden Bostad.
