The team recovered a judgment to declare the good standing and good faith of the client in a commercial transaction carried out with a supplier declared disreputable by the State Treasury Department of São Paulo, years after completing the transaction, in relation to which the tax authorities drew up, at that time, a Notice of Tax Deficiency and Imposition of Fine (AIIM).
