The team is led by partner Sari Laaksonen, who is a well-known tax expert in the Finnish tax litigation market. Fellow litigator Mikko Alakare is a disputes practitioner.

The practice advised Litorina Capital, a Swedish private equity house, in the merger of two Nordic recreational chains, Leo’s Lekland and HopLop. It also advised Vattenfall on the tax implications of an offshore wind farm.
