It provides consultancy services including advising on direct and indirect taxation, tax planning, restructuring and due diligence. It also supports litigation services and covers direct and indirect taxation at both judicial and administrative levels.
During the research period, the team represented its client’s Brazilian subsidiary in two key claims at the administrative level involving the disallowance of interest expenses for corporate income tax (IRPJ) purposes.
