sale
of the
mobile
business
to
the
big
three
of the
sectors
(Claro,
Tim
and
Telefonica)
for
BRL
16 billion
in
the
context
of judicial
recovery.
Additionally,
it
has
given
tax
advice
to the
Oi
group
on the
sale
of
its
optic
fiber
net
assets
to
Globenet,
a
subsidiary
of BTG
Pactual.
This
was
the
largest
sale
of a
structure
of
optic
fiber
business
in Brazilian
history.
