BZ Estudio

The tax professionals at BZ Estudio advise on tax law, which includes corporate taxation, taxation for individuals, international tax planning, as well as litigation at the judicial and administrative level. The firm is led by David Zamora Reátegui, who oversees corporate advisory and tax advisory services.  

During the research cycle, BZ Estudio was active in tax advisory services throughout Peru. The firm advised La Positiva Seguros, an insurance company, on a multiple tax matters including tax planning, review of its operations, and compliance. The firm also advised tech client Rappi on the tax treatment of their ‘Rappi Credits’, which are credits used on their platform for discounts.
