Arias Guatemala provides services in tax compliance, advice, planning, due diligence, litigation, and transfer pricing. The Arias’ group maintains a total of five offices across the Central America. Partner Luis Barahona heads the local department.

During the research period, Arias’ Guatemala team has been very active n corporate tax matters in the area.  Work includes assisting clients with fiscal processes, tax compliance, tax optimization to better use benefits offered in the area, and litigation services.
