Aegis Tax Lawyers

Aegis Tax Lawyers is a new tax boutique founded in 2018. It has eight practitioners specialised in domestic and international tax law. VAT, real estate, and transfer tax are core specialisms with compliance. Multinationals, SMEs, and Start-ups are assorted clients. Managing partner is Michel Bilars, working alongside indirect practitioners Pascal Schrijver and transaction specialist Jan Lamers.

The firm supervised a strategic sale for a consumer finance firm and relayed advice relating to a Dutch subsidiary relocation.

Tax director Sander Schildt arrived in February 2022, following transfer pricing specialist Robert de Vries in 2021.
