Throughout the research phase, the firm assisted a pan-European multi-technology renewable energy developer, owner, and operator in determining the best structuring model to match all commercial aspects of the anticipated investment and development. Additionally, the team supported in the development and implementation of a model for numerous entities producing electricity from renewable energy sources to comply with outstanding non-fiscal tax responsibilities including record keeping, registration, and declaration for exempt entities.
