White & Case has expanded its tax practice in New York with the addition of a new partner.
Hagai Zaifman joins the team from General Electric Capital. Most recently he served as the tax director at GE Energy Financial Services, where he led the tax aspects of the disposal of a more than $10 billion debt and equity portfolio of US and foreign wind and solar projects.
It has been confirmed he will work closely with the global project development and finance practice and global M&A practice in his role at White & Case.
