US firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett has announced the addition of a new tax partner to its London office.
Yash Rupal joins the firm from Linklaters where he had previously served as the global head of tax and most recently acted as the firm’s City tax head.
His work has seen him act for a broad range of domestic and international corporate clients, financial institutions, investment funds, hedge funds and asset managers on cross-border M&A, investment fund planning and tax planning matters.
