Big Four group PwC has announced the addition of a new of counsel to its tax team in Milan.
Giulio Andreani, a leading Italian consultant in the field of corporate crisis taxation, joins the team from his most recent role with Dentons, where he had been for more than three years.
He has been involved in some of the most notable social security transactions implemented in Italy in recent years, handling the tax profiles of more than 100 corporate crisis cases.
